Order Processing
You will receive an email from us shortly after you placed an order with art2begin.com. This email is to confirm the information you provided to us including product(s) you ordered, quantity, pricing, your mailing address, payment method, etc. Once it's shipped, you will receive another email from us to confirm the date we shipped your product(s) and when you will receive it. Please allow 7 – 10 business days for delivery.

International Sales & Shipping
Free worldwide shipping (included of shipping insurance and handling fee). For international shipments kindly allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

Please be aware that our shipping dates could be longer due to conditions beyond our control.

14-Days Money Back Guarantee
All paintings in our galleries have a 14-days money back guarantee. Returned items must be received in original condition and must include the original invoice and the painting's certificate of authenticity. All returns must include insurance for the value of the returned product. Shipping is to be paid for by the shipper. Refund amount is determined by the purchase price minus shipping and handling costs and a 10% restocking fee. Our standard Returns Policy applies to all purchases from art2begin.com. If you wish to exchange an item, simply send it back to us as new within 14 days. If the price of the new item is higher than the original item you returned, you should pay the balance amount.
